Blue Asterisk* has an automated system for handling store commissions. It works like this:

• The system will calculate commissions that you earn from every sale your store makes (you determine how much this is by setting your sale price) 
• Payments are held by the platform for roughly 10 days after being shipped out from us (in case there are any issues that we need to fix)
• After the 10 days has elapsed then the payments will automatically clear
• All payments that have cleared are paid to your payment account on the 1^st of every month
• You’ll see a tally of your sales and outstanding commission payments when you log into the dashboard of your online store

Your clients will receive their items about 14 days after placing their order, plus shipping time

We ship our products in plain, unbranded, and eco-friendly packaging.

No, our packaging is plain and unbranded, so your customers won’t see any reference to us.

As the store owner and administrator of your dropshipping site, you are responsible for handling customer service for your shop. However, we’re always here to support you when needed—such as helping to arrange reprints in special cases. When an item goes out of stock, we temporarily take it off the website. It usually takes about 2 to 6 weeks to restock, and as soon as it’s available again, it’ll magically pop back up on your store.

Normally, after the order has been confirmed, the design cannot be changed. Please double-check everything before confirming your order to ensure everything is just right

Yes, please ensure that the images meet our quality recommendations. Additionally, make sure you have the right to use those images, as we will not be held responsible for any disputes that may arise.
