1. Your Artwork

By uploading or submitting any content (including images, designs, logos, or text – collectively referred to as “Artwork”) to complete an order with Blue Asterisk*, you (the customer or end user) confirm that you hold the legal rights to use such content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party. If you are representing a business, you fully agree to indemnify and hold Blue Asterisk* harmless against any claims, legal fees, or liabilities arising from third-party allegations regarding intellectual property infringement.

Blue Asterisk* reserves the right to pause or cancel any order if further verification of artwork ownership is required.

You are strictly prohibited from submitting any artwork for personalisation that, at Blue Asterisk*’s sole discretion:

• Is false, defamatory, obscene, offensive, pornographic, abusive, blasphemous, hateful, threatening, inciting or invasive of privacy;

• Is likely to cause annoyance, embarrassment, distress or discomfort to others;

• Discriminates based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;

• Misleads or impersonates another person or entity;

• Promotes violence, illegal acts, or infringes on intellectual property or other legal rights;

• Falsely suggests association with or endorsement by Blue Asterisk*;

• Contains personally identifiable information (e.g. address, phone number, email) without explicit consent from the individual concerned.

Please note that the above are only a subset of our broader content policies. It is your responsibility to ensure your artwork complies with all legal, technical, and jurisdictional requirements in the region where the product will be delivered.

By submitting your artwork, you grant Blue Asterisk* a royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and publish the artwork (including permission for our service partners to do the same) for the purposes of order fulfilment and marketing. Minor adjustments may be made where necessary to meet production requirements.

You acknowledge that you do not own the production files created by Blue Asterisk*, such as digital print or embroidery mockups. These are generated solely for internal use during manufacturing. Blue Asterisk* retains full ownership of such files and will only use them to fulfil your order.

Please also understand that precise colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to production limitations. By placing an order, you accept these constraints. As all customisation is manually processed, we strive to align your artwork as closely as possible to your submitted design, but absolute positioning accuracy cannot be promised. Minor differences shall not be grounds for return or rejection unless the variation is significantly different from what was specified in the order.

Final product quality depends on the quality of artwork you provide. Accepted format: .png. We do not accept Word, PDF, EPS, EVG, PSD or similar formats. Maximum file size: 125MB. We recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. If your file quality is insufficient, we may contact you for a replacement or confirmation to proceed. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to either proceed or hold the order depending on the situation.

Blue Asterisk* will not be liable for poor outcomes resulting from low-resolution images or unsupported formats, even if we are unable to contact you. No returns or refunds will be issued in such cases.

2. Trademark Notice

At Blue Asterisk*, we take intellectual property rights seriously. As such, we will not process any content that violates copyright, privacy rights, publicity rights, or trademark laws.

You must either own the rights to the submitted artwork or possess proper licensing for commercial use. You must also ensure that no trademarks or confidentiality agreements are breached in the process.

These terms form part of our “Personalisation Standards”. Blue Asterisk* reserves the right to reject or cancel any order or terminate cooperation without liability if these terms are breached, including in cases of disputes, legal complaints, or litigation.

3. Order Cancellation

Personalised items and business orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. All orders placed with Blue Asterisk* are considered custom-made and not ready-stock items.

4. Defective Products

Blue Asterisk* ensures our products will reasonably match the key specifications stated on our website or marketing materials (including brand, colour, size, style, and material). Please note: colours may appear differently on-screen than in actual print. Minor variations in colour or print placement are not considered defects.

By placing your order, you accept this condition, including the responsibility to check size charts provided. Size differences across brands are not treated as defects unless they deviate from listed measurements. All product defect claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Blue Asterisk* shall not be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
