Replacement & Refund Policy

All claims related to reprints, returns, or refunds – regardless of the reason – must be submitted within 4 weeks from the date the order is successfully delivered.

Blue Asterisk* will offer either a 100% refund or a free reprint in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects: To verify production-related issues, the seller must provide clear photos, videos, or feedback from the customer. Acceptable defects include misprints, missing design elements, significant colour deviations from the original file, wrong item received, or products damaged due to manufacturing flaws.
  • Lost in transit: The order status remains “in transit” with no updates for more than 5 days (only applicable if using shipping labels provided by Blue Asterisk).
  • Damaged during delivery: The product is delivered but arrives damaged due to shipping conditions (only applicable if using shipping labels provided by Blue Asterisk).
  • Wrong delivery address: The order is marked as delivered but was sent to an incorrect address (only applicable if using shipping labels provided by Blue Asterisk).

Blue Asterisk* may offer a 50% refund or free reprint in the following case:

  • Marked as delivered, but not received: The tracking shows the item has been delivered, but the customer reports that it was not received (only applicable if using shipping labels provided by Blue Asterisk).

Blue Asterisk* does not support returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The parcel was lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided.
  • The customer (or you) is unhappy with the item despite it meeting the printing standards of our manufacturer.
  • Mistakes made during the order process, such as uploading the wrong image (including design files or mock-ups), incorrect orientation, or ordering the wrong product type.
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer (or you).
  • The order is still within the allowable production and shipping timeframe.
